Well, how effective are these hats at blocking electromagnetic fields?

Since tin-foil hats are usually made of aluminum, could this aluminum pose a toxicity risk?

“For all helmets, we noticed a 30 db amplification at 2.6 Ghz and a 20 db amplification at 1.2 Ghz, regardless of the position of the antenna on the cranium. What are the implications of the amplified frequencies?

Is the hat acting as an antenna to channel the radiation to your brain?
