personally rather than tret creame id reccomend just self prescribing accutane itself. if ur skin isnt that bad then micro at around 12-20 mg isnt that bad and for me when i first used that it took around 3 weeks to see great results allthough dryness was there for the first couple.

azelaic also worked well for me but do ur own research into that because there is not much i can tell u.
