What are the best diuretics to get in Europe and how should I use them to correctly debloat.
I managed to reduce my bf% from 20% to 12% and going to 8%, but whenever I wake up I'm bloated as fuck, and for half of the day I look boneless but then I somehow i debloat and it's fine.
So I need a reliable diuretic plan to avoid this shit, talking about dosage and usage, lmk.
