Questions on MSE+FM

I had a tooth extraction (1 right pre-molar) when I got my braces and now my whole upper palate is misaligned with my lower. This also caused noticeable asymmetry and a deviated septum on my face.
What I'm wondering is, will MSE offer enough palate expansion and forward growth to allow for an implant of my extracted pre-molar and hopefully fixed my bite and asymmetry?

and also will MSE make my nasal base disproportionally wider than my mouth that it looks retarded?

mse on its own does not give you forward growth it just splits ur maxilla laterally making midface and zygos wider this has been theorized of giving wider IPD, Wider PFL, wider lips, and nose. When you combine MSE and FM it has been proven by its creator that it can give forward growth but I think it wont be too noticable tbh
