Questions on pregabalin

Listen boyos. Just a few weeks ago Ive heard of pregabalin for lower inhibition n shi. in our country we have its nearest analog called Lirika. its considered as addictive pharmacy and people on lirika usually turn into zombie mfs. So is it worth it to pop pregabalin and how significant are effects?
according to my observations, I don’t experience problems with confidence or socialization but in crowded places sometimes can’t concentrate much because of thoughts on how people think about me and how they see me and it spoils my charisma a lil bit. It will be great if I eliminate this shi.
So if it’s addictive what are non-addictive similar drugs?
