Lite can be achieved with surgery and Chad is naturally born that way correct?

99.9% people here can't achieve chadlite territory with surgery.


Depending on your failos, you'd be EXTREMELY happy to ascend from a LTN to a HTN with surgeries, and this is only if you have very visible failos

all depends on the individual case and how softmaxxed/minned you are. cant really make a general rule because a potential chad could be ltn if he is death tier softminned ie homeless, hasnt showered in a year, ugly skin conditions like psoriasis, cysts etc
