Hi, this is my first post. I am 5 foot 8 inches at 15 years and 7 months old. I got x-rayed 3 months ago and my growth plates in my tibia, fibia, and femur are still open. My older brother (23) is 6"1ft, and my dad is 6"0ft. My diet consists of whole foods (other than the school lunches/breakfasts) and I meticulously track my macros and calories with a food scale. My parents have told me that they know I'll be six-foot by the end of my puberty, but I'm not so sure. In the past two years, I've only grown 4 inches.
I'm currently trying to cut my body fat percentage down to around 11-12%, and as of right now I am 16-17%. Afterwards, I plan on just maintaining my bodyweight while lifting 5-6 days a week while doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 4 days a week. (Including this as I'm not sure if my diet or activity level is effecting my growth)
