front /middle
wall handstand(first video teach you the correct form,freestanding is tooo hard for you probably)/ pike push ups/ wall handstand push ups(chest to wall only, back to wall don't hit middle delts)
rear delts
dragon press which is basically laying leg raises, but at bottom of movement your lower back ISN'T touching the floor, do it with palm in floor instead of fingers(i find doing them like this hit rear delts harder)
start doing them in tuck (knees tucked into chest) REMEMBER LOWER BACK MUST NOT TOUCH THE FLOOR
