I am a lurking grey but somewhat experienced in roiding and pharmaceuticals

Asking a bit of a divided question here but what e2 levels are y’all striving for to lower it sufficiently to prevent possible bone fusion but not nuke it completely.

Personally got my bloods at 182 pmol/L
At 37.5mg examestane a week divided in 3 intakes

I’ve kept e2 at 120pmol/L roughly throughout my cycle.

I do feel fine of course but bloods are not fully optimal, so asking for advice on what to do here seeing as I am using a suicidal inhibitor to lower my e2.
