You need to be following a low sodium diet with a massively high water intake. Your water intake has to be so high you need to feel like you are giving birth to a water baby every morning. Supplements are dependent on the individual. And the goals you have with them. You need to be eating foods that are high in every type of fiber - soluble, insoluble, dietary, etc. High carb diet is the best to remove facial bloat - AS LONG AS - it is low sodium as well. Low sodium is 2000 mg or less per day.
