Quickest way to get over post rejection depression?

Getting rejected by that HQNP Stacy hurt more than my other rejections. I had to see her again and she avoided me hard, I could tell she even avoided looking in my direction. Its brutal knowing girls like that exist and they are disgusted by me. I feel like genetic trash.

This is why I hate approaching females.

If I don't approach I feel pathetic for not even trying but if I do approach and get rejected I feel like subhuman trash. You cant win
