Everyone and I mean everyone see's him as a badass and powerful emo sword wielding anime guy who constantly battles with Sephiroth. The reality is that Cloud is a fucking loser, a dork, a huge simp and a fraud who is constantly on the verge of mental insanity. He was never at all a match for Sephiroth because he is not a powerful member of SOLDIER and really only took him down at the end of the game with the help of his allies

But the worst of all is that Cloud NEVER gets into a sword fight with Sephiroth in FF7 and yet the most iconic thing that everyone remembers about Cloud is that he sword duels with sephiroth constantly like he is a SOLDIER member. Kingdom Hearts, advent children, smash bros and the shitty remake has convinced people that cloud and sephiroth are equals with sephiroth that can constantly duel him alone when the entire point of the story of FF7 is that cloud is a fraud that mimics zack. A friend of mine was absolutely shocked when I told him that cloud never truly sword duels with Sephiroth in FF7 (outside of the final battle in clouds mind which is more symbolic). I absolutely love clouds story and its one of my favourite character stories ever but I never have seen anyone give a fuck about clouds story of being a deeply traumatized person who suffers from an identity crisis because he is repressing his pathetic life and trauma behind the back of his mind. Not even a faggot shill like maximillian cares and just shouts about how hype it is anytime cloud fights sephiroth. Nobody mentions how cool the first thing you do in FF7 is kill a pathetic grunt which even foreshadows the fact that that was cloud throughout the majority of his life

did anyone even beat final fantasy 7? Is everyone who enjoys this game a fraud like cloud?

The short answer is that you generally can't target fat loss from just your face. Facial fat decreases as your overall body fat decreases, and genetics play a major role in how lean your face looks.
If your goal is the quickest safe improvement, here's what tends to make the biggest difference:

1. Reduce water retention (can make a difference within days)

A puffy face isn't always due to fat.
  • Cut back on high-sodium processed foods.
  • Stay well hydrated (dehydration can increase water retention).
  • Limit alcohol.
  • Aim for 7–9 hours of sleep.
  • If you notice puffiness after certain meals, pay attention to whether high-carb or salty foods are a trigger.

2. Lose overall body fat (weeks to months)

This is the only reliable way to reduce facial fat.
  • Eat in a moderate calorie deficit (around 300–500 calories/day below maintenance).
  • Get enough protein (roughly 1.2–1.8 g/kg of body weight if you're trying to preserve muscle while losing fat).
  • Strength train 2–4 times per week.
  • Add cardio if it helps you maintain the calorie deficit.
A sustainable fat loss rate is about 0.5–1% of your body weight per week.

3. Build muscle

Adding muscle to your body can improve your overall proportions, making your face appear leaner even before you've lost a large amount of fat.

4. Be patient with facial changes

For many people, the face is one of the first places fat loss becomes noticeable. For others, it's one of the last. Genetics largely determine this.

What doesn't work

  • "Face fat burning" exercises or chewing exercises don't selectively burn facial fat.
  • Most "jawline gadgets" have little evidence behind them.
  • Spot reduction (losing fat from one specific area) isn't supported by research.

If your face suddenly became fuller

If facial fullness developed quickly or is accompanied by swelling, pain, or other symptoms, it may not be fat. Allergies, certain medications (like corticosteroids), thyroid issues, and other medical conditions can cause facial swelling and should be evaluated if persistent or concerning.

Good resources and discussions

For practical advice and community experiences:
For evidence-based information:
If you tell me:
  • your age,
  • height,
  • weight,
  • estimated body fat (or a shirtless photo if you're comfortable), and
  • whether you're currently cutting, maintaining, or bulking,
I can give you a more personalized estimate of how much weight loss would likely be needed before you'd notice a leaner face
