Literally diet soda is my one of my favorites. Other than that prolly ice water or crystal light's zero sugar lemonade packets. If I have any sort of snack kind pb cup and chocolate chip bars are super filling and only 100 calories.

i dont crave sweets, junk food or anything if i simply just dont eat them. Quitting some foods is easier than eating them occasionally

yh gum and water are the foundation. this might sound silly but brushing your teeth when ur hungry is such a cheat code

energy drinks are even better because of caffeine

True but imo I hate the shaky hands I get if I have too much. I only have one or two a week. But yes caffeine is a decent stimulant but I feel like a parent telling their kid not to drink mountain dew the way I tell myself to not have to abuse it. :lul:

yh obviously glp-1-antagonists and appetite supressers etc are great. Have you heard of cagrisema? cagrisema combines glp-1antagonist with cagrilintide.

I kind of just rewired my mindset towards hunger in general. When we feel our stomach growling our first instinct is to eat so the growling goes away and you dont feel hungry, associating stomach growling/hunger with progress and weight loss will help because you'll essentially feel like eating when hungry would just kill your progress, if that makes sense

I have like 500mgs of caffeine daily so my tolerance is pretty decent therefore i really dont have any sides with caffeine

When we feel our stomach growling our first instinct is to eat so the growling goes away and you dont feel hungry, associating stomach growling/hunger with progress and weight loss will help because you'll essentially feel like eating when hungry would just kill your progress, if that makes sense
yh and i always set a timer after eating a meal to see when i get to eat next lol. currently 1h 30mins out from next meal haha.

Do you think its worth to build a bit of tolerance and have more caffeine (do you notice it helping as a stimulant while having a decent tolerance) or would it be a waste bc I feel I have decent impulse control.

if you can live without it its always better because of the sleep quality etc.

I notice the effect of the first 200mgs of caffeine that i take in the morning but after that i dont get any cognitive or physical benefits from it other than suppressing appetite.

Noted, i'll prolly stick to minimum amounts and having them conservatively. Thx for info :feelsokman:

yh there has actually been studies that consider that after 100mgs of caffeine its all placebo
