i wouldn't rate it that high myself but surely one of my best features,simply due to being straight and good shape but could be 2mm narrower on each side

Too narrow would make it overly feminine. I'd say be happy with an upturned, non-deviated nose and don't contemplate rhino. Not worth the risk.
