hey team i have another stupid question
like @lurking truecel made a post that if your infraorbital bone sucks and you do fat grafting then its going to look puffy like coding jesus
this is my situation:

IMG 2228 compressed

well my question is i think i do need an infra implant before i do fat graft what are the chances i can just get away with radiesse (high g filler) and then fat graft the hollow? i dont want implant because
1. cost
2. infection risk
3. might have to cut that tendon / ligament which supports mid face

please give me your wisdom @yussimania @lurking truecel @Jgns @LEFORT17

Fat is better then filler in that region, but both might not be an option for you. You might need some lower eyelid work

Radiesse is the best but not dissolvable i hope you know that , but ye is something i would do i am getting it too but has to be diluted in that region

its a valid question bro
just tryna prevent a botch
Well what are you expecting from Radiesse?

It won't come anywhere close to replicating an infraorbital implant - best you will get is a gunky swollen under eye area

It just doesn't make sense at all

i can just get away with radiesse (high g filler) and then fat graft the hollow?

Especially this

The reason why you fat graft after infraorbital implant is to cover up any reveal since the skin there is thin. You won't have any hollow there left

It's not some mandatory process for everyone of fat grafting hollows after infraorbital implants - the whole point of the implant is to correct the hollow region

And I wouldn't trust any injector since there are so many things that can go wrong especially in an area of your eyes - sure it could be possible but how many of your injectors are skilled enough to give you that look and not the basic tear trough fill

Better yet show me a single example of this procedure being done

And also me and @lurking truecel have told you multiple times that you don't need infraorbital implants even when you provided your CT scan

And if you read his thread you would understand that the reason why the orbital fat bulges is because of a weak orbital septum which requires bony support to hold it back

Yeah I know but HA might be too risky in the infras. Did a surgeon tell you if it needs to be diluted? Where are you getting it and cost?

Absolutely diluted, it will leave visible granules if not and you'll look botched. Around 300 euros each syringe . Yea don't get ha fillers there it will cause bumps and hedema

Hmm there will be a hollow left after the implant
The implant will fix the orbital vector but I just have shit fat pad under eye so I will still have a hollow. Do you understand what I mean? Deep high G filler to fix the orbital vector and then where the skin is super thin in the tear trough we do fat grafting

Just to clarify I am talking about high G filler in the cheek not the thin skin tear trough

That’s a really good price you mind sharing the surgeon in dm?

Cheek is another story you can use it there but diluted for infraorbital bone

This guy got an infra orbital there is still a hollow
Man...that's the transition zone from the lower eyelid to the infraorbital foreman

Not hollow at all just saddled Infras to even it out but even then it's literally just nitpicking

It could also be lighting

Who the fuck fat grafts directly onto the lower eyelid lol

Show me a single result of this that you are talking about please
