Thinking about getting radix filler to cover up for my noticeable dorsal hump, has anyone done radix filler? Do you guys recommend it or should I just save up for rhino?

All I did was morph my nose and my ramus(which is next), I added subtle length to it.

Forgot to mention; I’ll most likely be using Restylane as the filler since it is much better than Juvederm for this part of my face.

You don't need it. Not worth the risk

Would you recommend to just save up for a rhinoplasty then? I am bit scared of possible vascular occlusion and vision loss but, it’s a risk I’d take and I would most definitely choose a highly trained, board-certified core aesthetic physician.

From what I've read and seen I don't think it's as risky as most make it out to be

If he goes to a professional and does a small amount like shown I doubt there'll be much to worry about

Then again I personally don't think filling in the radix looks better

Your nose looks good dude keep your masculine nose and avoid the LA rhino nose. Im getting a revision to get my bridge back and to masculinize it.

Interesting, I'll look into this.

What's your reasoning for PEEK implants?
if you're trying to straighten your nose with a higher radix, filler is just gonna get heavy and spread out over time (they can shift too). A custom PEEK implant is way better because it's 3D-printed to lock right onto your bone, they’re also built to imitate bones unlike generic silicones. They can get quite expensive tho

Bro what? Why would you do that? The rhino couldnt be that bad

It does not look bad but why not just shave dorsal permanently and live like that

But at that point your better of shaving the dorsal and ignoring a higher radix no?

I mean the goal is to get the nosebridge straight with a 90-95 degree angled nose and both do the same while shaving is cheaper am I correct?

No they don't. Shaving the dorsum flattens the midface visually, it's very feminine.
