PREFACE
i have a very special issue.
my nasofrontal angle is currently very high (around 138° last time i measured). for the longest time, i thought it was due to my lack of supra development, and therefore was looking into respective implants.
however, i have recently realized that my supras are actually fucking massive, as every indicator points at it:
- forehead inclination angle being so high it’s caveman tier (i love it)
- some of the deepest set eyes i’ve ever seen
- insane ridge bossing (to the point where you can clearly see the separation between the supras and the rest of the frontal bone FROM THE FRONT)
with all of that said, i kept looking for my answer, and came to a discovery: i have a LOT of excess skin, that completely covers up my infra-glabellar notch. i have never realized that it’s irregular all the way up until everyone else told me theirs was nowhere near like that. so i tried moving it to the side with my finger, and quickly realized that this is exactly my issue:
regular:
pushed aside:
(this pic not even true side, so the nasofrontal is even lower from flat 90° view)
as you can see, doing this does create a minute dorsal hump, but thankfully my nasal bridge’s position is more or less ideal, so it’s barely noticeable and imo, a very fair tradeoff (theoretically that tiny hump would actually add to dimo if anything)
MY QUESTION
does anybody actually have any idea what the name
of the procedure that can get rid of said excess skin in that exact area (without rhino) is? i assume it’s relatively inexpensive (unless it being so niche is factored in) and relatively non-invasive. and the other question (arguably even more difficult to answer) is what surgeons would actually go through with this (in the uk/eu area, but worse comes to worst - anywhere else).
this would be an insanely high roi procedure for me, boosting both my harmony, dimorphism AND side angularity by a LOT, so any help from you pookies would be greatly appreciated.
inb4, of course i myself tried looking into this. i did both online research AND rung up a very reputable london clinic (only one for now but will go through more when i’m free) and even they had absolutely no idea on what this shit is.
@RealSurgerymax any idea on what this procedure could possibly be?
to everyone else, even if you yourself have no idea on what this could be, please do tag other users known to be knowledgeable on surgery.
thank you lot in advance!
