Yes, he is accused of photoshopping. Most surgeons cherry pick their cases when promoting online.
Nonetheless, Raffaini has been doing this for 20+ years and is internationally recognized as a great surgeon.

yes, most definitely. i recommend these 2 for people who want peek implants alongside their bimax though, as most surgeons dont do the niche implants they do (eg saddled inframalar)

i just was on twitter for 1 hour and saw people taking how arrogant Raffaini is and that he doesnt listen to people , he just listens to himself and plans out based on his mind not patients , i mean as still the results are the best i dont mind , but on other side people love Ramieri ... From what I've heard, Raffaini devises his own plan and it's essentially take it or leave it. He's still meant to be very good.
I don't know enough about Ramieri to comment.
There are probably surgeons just as good as the big three mentioned here.
It's a question of doing the rounds to find them.

Not sure whether Ramieri does boneshaving; I know Raffaini does.

Raffaini isn't worth it as a foreigner and charges 40k for trimax while he was 22k pre 2019 and he's now 68-69 and some people told me he had cancer treated recently

Pags is decent for bimax and offer custom sliding widening Genio for 10 k alone or 28k for trimax, 25 k for regular genio + bimax. You can get discount on implants though. I think he 's the best if you don't have malocclusion, have a flat occlusional plane and no downgrowth, just a non forward grown Normie face and want to ascend

Ramieri is on par with Pagnoni but cheaper. He performs also more bimax per year than Pagnoni and was before getting into implants in 2019-2020 specialized in bimax, have seen some insane bimax results from him with people that have malocclusion and/or short face syndrome. So you should choose him if you have underbite, overbite, severely recessed, SFS, jaw assymetry or another deformity

Completely agree with you here,

Pagnoni can really offer one stop shop if you don’t have a very complicated case for jaw surgery especially when he includes his implant insertion skills.

In my case being asymmetric due to one side being downward grown, I realize that i might get better results in the US, however due to affordability, Ramieri really seems to be the ideal middle for such a case,

that being said I believe his bimax cost with custom plates and genio is 21k? Could have gone quite up however.

Raffaini is good because he does all kind of soft tissue tricks, he doesnt photoshop his results but he uses fat grafts like its filler. And all kinds of other teqniques to create more zygos etc but its hard to say how those hold up really longterm

It depends on the area of fat transfer but yes overall raffaini is really good but her thinking before becoming a model is retarded. And she also still cant eat which tells its still early
