Rage inducing scene at the busstop

Like a week ago i was going home after school, i take the bus from the main bus station in my city.

i was standing and waiting for the bus while another one comes which is not mine, but many people take it. A crowd got around the entrance of the bus and there was guys and girls there, but one guy stood out, likely 190-200cm tall, or he was shorter but it ust looked so brutal.

as people were getting on the bus one by one i was just seeing every girl look up at the guy, smiling. i honestly couldnt even look at it. until i saw a girl who looked like the gf of one of my best friends, she was stadning by him looking up and smiling, then looking back at her friends smiling. it was her bus too

i was filled with so much envy, its so over. and i dont even know what to do, should i tell my friend? because that wasnt even cheating or anything but still kinda feels wrong not telling him. mind you my friend is not even unattractive. he is good looking and is quite tall.

hypergamy is real imo, but it is not that bad irl tbh. there are people who are hypergamous but it lowk goes both ways just much higher for women. but the scene was grueling tbh
