I am ~20 years behind in development because I had to protect myself from my narcissist parents and their abuse.


I remember visiting my stacylite's family for easter and all her family members were being so nice and considerate to her. It was a shock because it made me realize how brutal my own family was and how I never got treated like she was by her family.

I was destroyed as a kid, I couldn't defend myself. I have developed severe coping mechanisms to handle the brutal situation I was put in by my parents.

Now I am traumatized, a crying dog, unable to properly modulate my emotions, unable to form connections, relationships, bonds. Unable to have have hobbies, fun, relax.


It's fucking done man. I got destroyed as a little kid and now I am traumatized for life.
