as far as i know about ramadan you dont eat for most of the day thats actually good nothing increases hgh as much as fasting does your face looks much better and chiseled with health showing ( assuming not in a deficit)
is ramadan something tough to follow ?

Yea sure eating heavily by superspiking your cortisol to wake up before the sun rises then going back to sleep when your food is still digesting and then eating a heavy meal 10-14 hours later is surely going to looksmaxx you

im fasting and dude i probably fucking gained weight somehow i look awful

All fun and games until you lose all the weight from Ramadan just to find out you were boneless the whole time

They skip one meal a day and they spend a period of the day not drinking water
 
I tried it one year and it helped a lot I would try it again
 
Fasting does not increase gh, it just causes larger spikes, but people who eat smaller sizes more frequent meals throughout the day have similar levels just more balanced without the major spikes, that’s where that misconception comes from

I just know that starving yourself all day but eating heavily right in the morning and right before sleep cannot be beneficial :unsure::lul:
