how do i maximize aesthetic potential from ramadan, or atleast stop any negative aesthetic affects (especially when it comes to the gym)

this question is for others fasting for ramadan, if ur an islamophobe don’t start typing away in the comment section wallah i’ll ignore it and you’d have just wasted ur time

fasting is good for u especially if you want to cut, try to only eat one meal a day when u break ur fast dont eat much in suhoor

Train while fasting. Stops muscle wastage. Dont over eat during iftar

fasting is good for u especially if you want to cut, try to only eat one meal a day when u break ur fast dont eat much in suhoor

by this do you mean in the dead of night or soon after iftar? i couldn’t do the middle of the night my parents would never take me and i can’t drive yet

I mean like you wake up at 4 eat go gym for 1 hour so it's 5 then drink a ton of water and sleep

don’t think i’d be able to till i can drive there myself, which won’t be this ramadan, but once i can start driving ill do this
