Ramieri or Pagnoni for my surgery plan?

Which one of them know how to design well-made custom made implants that fit the patient's face?

I'm mostly interested in:

Infraorbital Implants with saddle
Supra orbital drop down implants
Custom Zygomatic arc implants

And

Buccal fat removal (on top of zygos)
Cantopexy/cantoplasty (on top of implants)

Eyes

This is my starting point zygos

I've heard Pagnoni has more experience and does saddle with infras, but from what I’ve seen, Ramieri does revision for free meanwhile Pags charges.

All other comments about Ramieri are welcome too.

Edit: No jaw/wraparound implants; just this ones I am talking about.

I barely see any before and after with pagnoni… but ive seen a botch from him. I guess i have to look into him more. Where do you find his results? Does he have a page?
