Did you do rhino at the same time of the bimax?
I'm trying to understand If I can do this, one time I mentioned it to Ramieri he said I should have waited at least 6 months after bimax for a rhino

Yeah i had it all in one go bimax + genio + rhinoplasty + custom infraorbital malar implants in peek.

The Anesthesia will be through a submental approach (under the chin) freeing up the face. Its only from 2021 Dr Ramieri is now doing it all, i remember in the past him saying that one would have to wait.
