HE REFUSED MY VISIBLE RECESSED CASE UNTIL I DO 1 YEAR OR 2 OF PSYCHOTHERAPY!

I'm 20 and I don't wanna waste more time what I can do now? Temporary fillers? I can't deal being with no chin anymore...

I went to Raffaini too but he won't put jaw gonial implants in my face (unlike Ramieri)... and Raffaini is 2x more expensive and I have to still wait 1 year doing the orthodontics...

What can I fucking do?

When I had my consult, not a single bit of bp lingo or philosophy was discussed. All I said was I want general facial masculinization, so in your professional opinion what procedures do you think could help with that (and then that’s all we proceeded to talk about)

They have responsibility over you and your health, of course if you start mentioning these things they will think you have body dysmorphia and get you into therapy before making sure you are mentally stable to operate on.

I mean at the end of the day this is surgery dude. There’s a lot of inherent risk, time, money, limitiations etc that goes into it all. Surgeons are gonna want to vet your mental state and rationality before agreeing to take on your case. The absolute last thing they want is a patient who screams about them being botched, writes bad reviews, attempts a lawsuit, nitpicks every last little thing about the procedure…

Believe you me, I’ve had my fair share of worries, doubts, anxieties, and more about this whole endeavor (a brief scroll through my post history would show anyone this jfl)

But those kind of things simply aren’t topics you bring up during a consult, not even a hint of it

Again, you gotta demonstrate with certainty you’re a mentally stable, rational person who has a realistic perspective on the whole thing

That’s not to say you can’t ever ask questions or raise concerns, just keep things NT

For the cheekbones/undereye he do peek implants yes, but for the jaw angle he do only titanium, bc it's superior. Price only for 2 jaw implants is 8k€

Well you can try Pagnoni or even work with Giant in Turkey to get your bimax. If either of them rejects you for Bimax then you really know you are absolutely not a candidate.

Bimax would probably get you the uttermost maximal improvement yes, but please carefully consider the heavy increase in cost, risk, and recovery time vs just genio + implants for what would likely ultimately only be a marginal aesthetic gain

I have a fairly similar situation to you re: my lower third, and likewise Ram told me (as did some users here) that bimax isn’t worth it for my case
