Unfortunate. 2 years lost is not worth the marginal gains from bimax over the genio and implant option.

Did he even discuss bimax movements with you? Essentially you need zero advancement, just a rotation, which can be frauded so easily with genio and implants I literally see no point.

He said 1 to 2 years, I hope 1. It depends on how much I locked in to my psychotherapeutic journey (because then Ramieri will talk to my psychologist when I'm ready). Meanwhile, during this year, I want to do some MARPE expansion for lateral maxilla growth to another doctor (dr cantarella) ideally 35mm to 42-44mm (as long as he accepts me). so anyway I have to wait.
And then I'll see but theoretically if MARPE give me horizontal growth for armony I will need forward growth too.
Tbh I want to achieve a mogger skull development not only genio and implants...

I mean giving a unrealistic morph is a good way for surgeon to tell you you should go therapy instead. Sure if the morph is realistic for the procedure and you are making clear for the surgeon you are not some schizo authist then its fine

I mean its all about not being seen that you are authsitic about your looks because they know these people cause problems. Even giant have expressed thst he dont like ungrateful lookmaxxers as his patients. And its because results are variable

The occlusal plane is supposed to be tilted. The normal range is 4-12 degrees with 8 being the middle and ideal value.

Sorry to tell you but Ramieri is right, from the scan your bite is healthy, it is normal to have a slightly tilted occlusal plane, if you still want the surgery, then go on, it will be a waste of money for you.

The flat chin is the peak of any recession, I feel like my entire jaw is recessed, it's not possible to only have a recessed chin. Chin is mandible. Or I'm wrong?
