Do you Think Ramieri is worth it for the price? I live in a country where its hard as fuck to save USD

What ? It takes 10 seconds of looking at Eren Peras instagram to find out that he does work with both custom plates and 3d planning.
Also ask them for quotes man you can do that for free on your own, their prices are not that different from my own personal experience of you know - actually asking them.

dumb move on me is just i stopped using ig due to it being a fucking timeburner; thanks for the info, i think i tend to incline more for ramieri but pera is also very good. Will ask for quoting when i reach the 20k savings mark and update.

What ? It takes 10 seconds of looking at Eren Peras instagram to find out that he does work with both custom plates and 3d planning.
Also ask them for quotes man you can do that for free on your own, their prices are not that different from my own personal experience of you know - actually asking them.

Eren Pera 2026 prices (directly from his assistant / coordinator)

• Chin Implant (Silicone): $4000 – $7000
• Chin Implant (Medpor): $6000 – $8,000
• Sliding Genioplasty: $8,000 – $10,000
• Revision Genioplasty + Hotel: $10,000 – $13,000 (first revision)
• Complex Jaw Surgery: $17,000 – $25,000
• Revision Jaw Surgery: $26,000 – $35,000

Was quoted 8000 for genio by Ramieri back when I consulted with him (10k with custom guide), so their prices are very similar if not identical.

I have consulted with both Ramieri and Pera.

Ramieri wouldn't even take my case. (I have dental implants which complicates it). Ramieri does also not do iliac bone grafting if you need a downgraft, which provides the best chance for a stable result.

Eren Pera is willing to work with me, and does Iliac bone grafting. I'm getting surgery by Pera in june

Also if you need surgery, Pera does it *fast*. After the consultation I got surgery less than a month later.

In which case bone graft is not necessary? Thats a big think to think about.
I dont need big downgrafting but i was wondering if that bone is good to place in standard advancament anyway

You're Italian, aren't you ? If so, Ramieri's prices will be significantly lower for you. Maybe the same applies to Raffaini's.

From an ethical standpoint, I find this practice to be very questionable btw. Turkish rug jaw merchants do the same.
