ramieri wait time?

had consult with ramieri in march. they told me 2-3 weeks for the planning call and then i fly to italy for custom plates, and then surgery after that. it’s almost end of april and they told me they’d contact me but no updates.

is it normal to wait this long? i don’t wanna spam them repeatedly and ask wtf is going on i need to get this done late june/july.
