After a month of chewing every day for 1 hour.
After 2 weeks of weight training my neck twice a week
Neck curls 20kg x3 AMRAP
Lateral neck curls 10kg x3 AMRAP
Wrestler Neck bridges x3 AMRAP
After 4 days of thumbpulling 4 minutes every hour for 9/10 hours per day on average.
After doing hyoid muscles exercises and stretches.
My lower jaw seems to have widened a bit, ramus is still not as visible as I want it to be, but I can feel the gonion popping out a little bit.
