After a month of chewing every day for 1 hour.

After 2 weeks of weight training my neck twice a week
Neck curls 20kg x3 AMRAP
Lateral neck curls 10kg x3 AMRAP
Wrestler Neck bridges x3 AMRAP

After 4 days of thumbpulling 4 minutes every hour for 9/10 hours per day on average.

After doing hyoid muscles exercises and stretches.

My lower jaw seems to have widened a bit, ramus is still not as visible as I want it to be, but I can feel the gonion popping out a little bit.

You mean intermolar mandibular width has increased?

Yes there is a paper suggests that hyoid exercises helps and chewing kind of makes your jaw better but mostly via muscle hyperthrophy if you have good insertions for it

Well mandible looks way better after a chewing session, and gained some width even relaxed.

You need to chew for more than 1 hour, when i made progress with mastic gum, i was chewing atleast 4 hours a day

Is it just random yolo chewing anyhow? or did you specifically focus on it in a controlled manner?

4 hours a day is a good way to get TMD

I don't particularly focus on it, I just chew hard gums (more than one at once)

I tried sticking with one side, using my molars till it hurt. But as soon as i felt a bit of stress in the actual jaw joint id stop or swap sides. Ill post some before and afters maybe
