Now this guy who was drunk/high on cocaine shot two strangers he saw, the shooter was a prisoner who got out of jail 2 days earlier to spent the holidays with his family, here in Brazil there is this shit law that guarantees that prisoners can leave prison 6 times a year, they have 7 days to be on the streets and then come back. At the end of the year, at christmas and new year evening, inocents are killed and families are destroyed by bandits/thugs who got out of jail thanks to this benefit.
