99% of the time if you have a long nose you also have a downward-grown zygoless face. you will find plenty of guys with long midfaces that look good but almost never with a zygoless narrow face.

all of these are theoretically fixable, there exist surgeries for all of it, even if they are rare/nigh impossible and/or expensive

entirely unfixable flaws are philtrum length (in the case where you have a big upper lip already), skull shape (to some degree) and nose length
