Ranking all looksmax/facepull techniques ive tried

Mewing: 10/10 ; no downsides, automated and constantly active. may the Mews be blessed

Shirtclenching: 9/10 ; widens gonions and zygos, results come much faster than mewing. less natural to do, and can hurt teeth.

Weightpulling: 8/10 ; started it only 4 weeks ago. but it feels very effective, it has loosened my sutures already. downside is its very tiring to do if u use heavy weight like i do (60 lbs), and my incisors got wobbly, pray they dont fall out.

Beltpulling: 7/10 ; ive tried it and its a lot of pressure. but i dont believe midface shortening is so plausible. its easier to lengthen a bone thru sutural expansion (such as with weightpulling forward growth) than it is to compress a bone. could give upswing. but in my experience its very inconvenient, i have to go outside and hang a belt on a tree.

Thumbpulling: 6/10 ; doesnt have the downsides of weightpulling and shirtclenching as the teeth are not involved. so its fairly safe. only the thumbs will be damaged, which is a limit to how much u can do it. lower rating because i dont think its as practically effective; u have to do it a lot but as i said that will hurt thumbs

Bonesmashing: 5/10; it works, but results will be underwhelming after swelling is gone. also ages ur skin. gives headache. but has potential, im trying a new paradigm for bonesmashing, that is much less harmful and in theory more effective.

Chewing: 4/10 ; classic looksmax method, but shirtclenching is much more practical. even mastic gum is way too soft. dont expect serious results from chewing unless u literally chewed soft foods entire life and ur now just starting chewing. after a few months switch to shirtclenching.

Towelpulling: 4/10 ; not necessarily bad, but weightpulling makes it redundant. weightpulling is simply more effective. towellpulling will fatigue ur arms, and weights can pull much more efficiently.

Ice cube Cryolipolysis: 1/10 ; tried it for literally 5 hours and didnt work, my fat cells regenerated. still has potential if u can figure out how to get it to work, but it wont be easy. very risky too i got skin necrosis.

Eyelidpulling: NEGATIVE 10 ; fucked up my eyelids to this day, i did it like 3 years ago. no eyelid pulling for ur recessed bones.

Stomping for microfractures: NEGATIVE 10 ; permanently ripped a connective tissue in my leg, now my left leg is like this probably forever. retarded theory. u wont stomp ur way to tall.
1) How old are you and how long have you been using these methods?
2) What is Shirtclenching?
3) How did eyelid pulling ruin your eyes?

i did since 16 im now 19

roll up shirt, clench on it till masseters get sore

eyelid pulling gave me triple eyelid (look it up). before my eyelids were fine, triple eyelid looked subhuman. i got rid of it for the most part but i still have to mess with my eyelids in the morning usually. its annoying. this is 3 years later

Do you pull foward when you shirtclench?

Is there a guide that shows the correct shirtclenching method?

How do u do it?
Do u hold the weight attached to something in ur mouth and let it hang?
Wouldnt that only give u forward growth and not upswing ur maxilla?

What about mk667 and bonesmashing that should increase ur boness

Can you please explain what shirtclenching, beltpulling, and weightpulling are?

roll up shirt, clench on it till masseters get sore
there is still upward pressure due to the necessity to clench on the material

Yh looks great but i think there is not enough upward pressure on maxilla.

Instead try rolling ur neck in more towards ur chest so that ur eyes are directly facing towards ur feet there could be more pressure from the weight on ur maxilla so u can get both forward and lateral growth from it.

I was thinking of saving up for masseter implants because of my inward gonians. Do you think if I tried shirtclenching, I would appear to have a more square jaw? I'm 19 rn
Also, I was thinking of trying plier pulling ( a more effective version of thumbpulling) and spamming mastic gum/jaw trainers. Do you think shirtclenching is better than chewing on a jaw trainer?
Btw I respect you for actually putting in the work and trying everything out for yourself. Too many just rot here and don't do jack shit, it's nice to see some change for a second

you did it wrong

i bonesmash once a month new routine thoughts? cartilage should form after new theory this ossify. previoiusly i did it multiple times a weak this destroyed the soft tissue before it could ossify. once a month better cuz u dont age skin also. the difficulty is hitting hard enough.

bro forgot about fartsniffing and ballcrushing

@You I like that idea, something I've wondered is that we know a fracture causes a bump along the fracture line, same principle probably holds for microfractures, my textbook also says "Also, the shape of a bone can be altered for proper support based on the stress patterns experienced during the remodeling process"

Also are you taking any vitamin A to stimulate osteoblasts? Vitamin C for the collagen production? Vit D, K, B12? Calcium and Phosphorus?

According to my textbook for a full fracture you'll be placing down cartilaginous tissue up to 3 weeks and then from 3 weeks to 4 months you'll be replacing that with spongy bone tissue. For microfractures it would probably be less than this but idk how much less.

Bonesmashing

Essentially I guess not all fractures would cause an increase in volume, it would need to be such that an adaption in volume is what the body needs to "combat" the fractures

i am not sure how the principle of adaption of shape would apply to the brow ridge. would hitting it stimulate an increase in size? perhaps as a byproduct of the healing process as in the fracture-associated principle. however naturally the brow ridge grows due to dimorphism and growth hormones and not apparently related to wolf's law.

i have experience changing the shape and size of gonions from shirtclenching, they became flared. this is all about increasing efficiency of load from the attachment point of the masseters.

i take no supplements but i would take lithium if i had it at my convenience. the vitamins and minerals u mentioned i get thru diet

ive come to the same presumption, since bonesmashing doesnt create fractures the time will be less than fractures for the modelling process. based on how i feel the bone is like after bonesmashing, it seems intuitive that it could be started again after 2-3 weeks rather than 1 month as a planned. after this time it feels fully healed and slightly larger than before bonesmashing, now after 3 weeks of no bonesmashing it feels slightly smaller than after 2 weeks.

Essentially I guess not all fractures would cause an increase in volume, it would need to be such that an adaption in volume is what the body needs to "combat" the fractures
not all stresses on the bone do, all fractures do. perhaps not all bonesmshing does. but if u hit hard enough, cartilage like tissue forms which is critical to my theory.

i dont theorize that gains are permanent. it should increase slightly in size but then fade away gradually as bone is resorbed. however, if we repeat the process continually with each new bonesmashing even before the effect of the last has faded, we can theoretically accumulate bone size. after repeating this process and accumulating bone, the gains theoretically should be semi permanent. this is my optimism at least.
