Which features are off? 5.5/6/10?
upper lip more protruded than your bottom lip, wide eye spacing, small nose to mouth ratio, and an unideal nose (from the front, the side profile seems quite fine to me.) a plus is that you have decent coloring, so that saves you a bit. Side profile is pretty good, I will say

How do I fix these things? And if I fix what can I possibly reach?
 
I think you look good for your age. I would probably start doing some exercising at home instead of cardio just do something like this nightly.

Burpees- 3 sets of 30 seconds
Sit ups - 3 sets of 30 seconds
Standing squat- 3 sets of 30 seconds
Push Up's- 3 sets of 30 seconds
Plank- 3 sets of 30 seconds

orthodontics is the best before 18, after the point where your bones stop adapting as fast you're going to want to get surgeries.
you can probably fix your top lip with something to push your jaw forward.
Do you have an overbite? that may be the reason it looks that way. if u dont, u might be cooked and just have to get a lip lift.
for the eyes, orbital box osteotomy or u could cut ur medial canthus to make the eyes seem closer together. for ur nose u can only get a rhino it seems, idk about any niche methods to fix that (which im sure you could find if you just look around the forum for a bit.)

Yes I do have a Class 2 overbite, I have braces on with forsus springs.

you could potentially be a 7 or a bit higher it just depends on how well you plan it out. do a lot of research before you are 18 so you can know everything you need to know. You do not want to make a mistake because you can fuck your life and your face forever. do not end up like Tufano
 
Jutting, as in pushing my lower jaw forward? No I don’t it’s just I only have a spring on the left side so it looks much better than my right. But I will be getting it on the right soon

basic things to start with like zinc, magnesium glycinate, and omega 3s. Ashwagandha is pretty decent, it has been said to increase test by 10-15% after taking it for about 8weeks. Just stuff to raise testosterone and lower cortisol

That's awesome assumed that wasn't an option with the social anxiety that was an at home workout. Buy some whey protein to drink after workout. This is the routine I use with more reps due to your age also make sure to look up the correct form. Do 5 sets of 12 reps per an exercise hope this helps

yeah black hair could definitely look good on you. i wouldnt do it though, you'll just damage your hair for little reward.
