Into footballdude you’re 14. the best you can do and should do is eat well and clean, focus on having good posture, sleep 8-10 hours every night consistently and go to bed at the same time to maximise sleep quality. Get into sports if you aren’t training currently (sprinting is especially great)

short, all out sprints create large anaerobic demand and high lactate which correlates with post workout GH spikes/pulses. also sprints mostly recruit type II fibers which is a widely known stimulus for anabolic endocrine responses (tbh this is more for GH, not really testosterone but it does get a sliiight boost too). if you want more scientific detail or evidence just tell meno sprinting is not especially great state ur reasons
