not the point

dude you’re 14. the best you can do and should do is eat well and clean, focus on having good posture, sleep 8-10 hours every night consistently and go to bed at the same time to maximise sleep quality. Get into sports if you aren’t training currently (sprinting is especially great)

Football is completely aight. Solid amount of sprinting, explosive movement and legs. Remember though, you’re 14. Give yourself some slack too cause you’re already doing great

no sprinting is not especially great state ur reasons

short, all out sprints create large anaerobic demand and high lactate which correlates with post workout GH spikes/pulses. also sprints mostly recruit type II fibers which is a widely known stimulus for anabolic endocrine responses (tbh this is more for GH, not really testosterone but it does get a sliiight boost too). if you want more scientific detail or evidence just tell me

while what ur saying is correct the magnitude is the issue post exercise gh spikes are real but not a game changer for igf1 dependent bone development

to be honest, i get your point 100%. for actual bone remodelling (IGF-1 dependent) you do need to combine a lot of factors. you need mechanical loading, great nutrition and have this consistent for months. anyways though you do have the benefit of fat loss and you do have a little edge when it comes to retaining muscle during fat loss (not huge i know but makes a little difference). Remember though, the dude is 14(bones still forming through puberty) and objectively it would have great effects on his health anyways cause of cardio, metabolism, body composition and hormonal health
