You should look into growing your eyelashes and enhance the eye area even more.

If you're not 10-12% body fat, then get to that level. If you already are, then either 'debloat' or look into fat dissolvers.

Train your neck until it's as wide as your jaw.

Look into an alarplasty and fat grafting to the upper lip (or lip flip or anything similar).

If you find some way to get a leaner face, and you manage to grow your lashes and brows, then I see you becoming above average.

Castor oil won't do jackshit for the lashes and brows. Oral or topical minoxidil, or bimatoprost would be better from what I've heard.
