softmaxxes :

- lean out, in order to bring out your above average facial bone structure
- clear your skin
- find a better hair style
- fill in your lateral eyebrows (minoxidil + microneedling, and/or brow pencil)

hardmaxxes :

- fat grafting to address infraorbital hollowness
- fat grafting to slightly reduce upper eyelid exposure
- if hyperpigmentation persists in the undereyes, look into laser treatments
- otoplasty (get your ears pinned)


I think there's nothing fundamentally wrong with larger eyes, given they look healthy (bright sclera) and expressive, which is the case here.
But when you eventually consult with oculoplastic surgeons about fat grafting, you could inquire about lower lid retraction repair (as suggested earlier in the thread), canthopexy, or any procedure meant to correct palpebral fissure height.
