I think there's nothing fundamentally wrong with larger eyes, given they look healthy (bright sclera) and expressive, which is the case here.
But when you eventually consult with oculoplastic surgeons about fat grafting, you could inquire about lower lid retraction repair (as suggested earlier in the thread), canthopexy, or any procedure meant to correct palpebral fissure height.

To be fair he fits in bottom %50, Im from New Zealand and most are very polished, I can't say that for some but the majority of the population (excluding immigrants) are much more aesthetically and attractively pleasing than OP
