Rate and dire need for help

Give rate but also if I don’t fix my fucking eye lids being so uneven I swear im gonna rope it literally disgusts me to look at my eyes in normal photos it’s a lot less obvious in selfies. Also I need advice for my eye brows because when I use temp black dye on them I just look like a retard and i have to wash it out till it’s barely doing anything. Any extra advice is appreciated
