please rate and help me improve i already lost 20kgs over the last year and grew 10cm i am 16 186cm 69kg i want to know if i could be lmtn i have a 21inch bidelt i am starting a cut right now also had a accident recently so my face is still a bit swollen

Ltn just cut weight get a leaner face, try hardmaxx when ur older
