Yo guys pls tell me how to improve facial and physic wise cause i am really cooked rn and I can’t stand it anymore I’ve in the looksmaxxing scene for while now I think like 7 months but I feel uglier every months I need to improve asap, I’ve put some old photos from me too both of them were like from 4 months ago I went from 125kg to 70kg
