Accutane and tretinoin for skin and nose, rhinoplasty for nose, eplerenone for debloat (if already lean that is, if not then get lean fatty), filler for non existent cheekbones, braces and herbst appliance (herbst for chin recession), oh and shave the pedo stash ,but that should be pretty obvious.
