RATE ascension + advice (and physique)

Hi guys,

I haven't posted rating pics in a while, so I wanted to ask what you guys think of the ascension (16M-19M) since I started lm. also, any advice moving forward? I know I am a pale mf, so I will definitely hop on MT-2 very soon, but other than that, anything I can do before I blast my second cycle of gear would be much appreciated.

I mean yea, or if you wanna ascend lil more then trimax is a good option too.

chin tucks ik it sounds like larp but it did me wonders 3 month difference
