RATE ascension + advice (and physique)

Hi guys,

I haven't posted rating pics in a while, so I wanted to ask what you guys think of the ascension (16M-19M) since I started lm. also, any advice moving forward? I know I am a pale mf, so I will definitely hop on MT-2 very soon, but other than that, anything I can do before I blast my second cycle of gear would be much appreciated.

around HTN, ur side isn't shit but try and raise your hyoid more. But yeah definitely grow more hair and try get around this length (maybe a bit less than the photo)

19M and 181-182cm which I think is around 5'11". Will post updates after my next gear cycle tho starting in about one month

ur not short + look great, solid SMV, do you have aromatise inhibitors with the gear? also make sure you’re fully post puberty

yea I mean im running a 1:1 ratio of test and primo (primo acts as a mild anti-estrogenic), but will add 6.25 aromas if my week 2 blood work shows e2 above like 60. ty for the advice bro
