Just curious, I've spent the last year bettering myself and my habits, trying to live a more optimal lifestyle at my age.
I truly think I've done a good job so far, and also curious about tips to ascend even more.
I was 225-230 in most of the pre-photos, and now i sit around 160.

mtn maybe, you should work on your eyelashes bro, they're barely visible, and let your hair grow longer, you don't look bad

I haven't tried oral minoxidil, but I've seen that it does make a difference. If you'd like more contrast, you should dye your eyebrows and eyelashes black, etc., but that's up to you
