Normal bathroom lighting after a shower. Can yall point out what muscles I am should focus more on pls? I am not a bodybuilder or anything but I’ve always went to the gym to stay fit and I’ve been pretty consistent last 2 years. How much appeal does my physique bring? My left ribs are pretty flared but I’ve been working on holding diff postures to hide them

Trying my best, hard to fill up a 7ft wingspan. Imma hit them tomorrow tho, what do you recommend as exercises

most excercies are fine

lifting is easy u just have to be consistent with it and stick with a program

what excercies do u do now

For arms I did I weighted dips till I got injured, now I do seated machine dips, tricep dumbbell extension, tricep pushdowns, seated incline curls and cable curls. Sometimes I also do preacher curls.

work on everything, i don’t know why people ask “what should i work on” hit every muscle group 2x a week and your golden

dips are a chest excercise

get rid of the dumbbell tricep extejsion since ur already doing cable pushdowns

and u dont need 3 curl variations only 2 so pick which ones u want to keep

for triceps do skull crushers or something adjacent to it

im gonna add shoulder workouts for u

laterial raises (cable or dumbbell doesnt matter but id say cable is easier to progressivley overload on)

and shoulder press (dumbbell or barbell but barbell takes longer to setup so if time is a issue for u i wouldnt recomment but it is easier to overload on)

and if u want u can do reverse pec dec for rear delts but if ur doing a row movement for back youll be fine ish

but just work on everything ur gonna have weak and strong points thats just genes

I do shoulder dumbell press and cable lateral raises, goated exercise fr. I can’t do my pec Dec since I am too big for it but i do reverse cable fly.
 
Major nerf, I only get half range of motion on the lat pull down machine, so I do weighted pull ups but the lats won’t fucking grow, I do straight arm lay pull down too but they don’t be growing that much from it. Any exercises I could do instead?

Idk i only do pullups for lats you could do rows i guess

Ngl i dont shoulder press prolly not a ton doe cuz i just started going to the gym
Ok ok keep it up, at your height with a good body you’ll genuinely be a slayer

You don’t look bad at all, BUT for 2 years this is not a lot of muscle, you should probably focus on keeping high hrv and diet to get a lot more out of your lifts (if that’s something you care about)

I’ve taken igf lr3 and hella mass gainer. But I’ve also been growing in height, cause I started at 6’7 and now I am at 6’9. It just took a bit of time cause I started with a really shit base cause I was malnourished during my early teens (posted a thread about it)
