Kind of a follow up to my last post. What do you think of this meal for cutting weight as a 5’10 16 year of worried about messing up full growth potential.
Lunch:
Lunch:
- rice crispy treat
- Banana
- About a zip lock bag of Peanut’s
- Coke Zero
- 1/2 pound of ground beef
- 2 cups of rice with 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- Glass of milk
