Rate+do I have potential?

how long uve been lifting? cuz im 43 kg at 175 cm man underweighted to the max
I was on and off for awhile then I was super consistent for about 6 months dieting and using progressive overload to the max, if you wanna gain weight I would suggest tracking what you eat, I was blessed with very good genetics my dad was big into body building and I had no problem eating fast food junk etc to gain weight without gaining a lot of fat… dirty bulk but it really depends on how fast u burn fat.
