eggs are head to eat get drinkable egg whites, jfl at the bananas, idk i like to not ingest caffiene or shit like that unless i really need it and low energy. I dont have low energy im just sore as a hoe rn.

Chicken and rice r valid just make sure its plain and maybe add a bit of spices to the chicken, and dont use too much butter or oil.

Also be working out as ur doing this and tracking protein make sure ur getting over 120g of protein , low fat and working out

eating fat = staying skinny fat, if u cant live without fat or carbs u should prob take a small dose of reta so its actually a chore to eat or a SARM that supresses hunger

Yes im fucking serious stop watching goatis , u dont need fat, thats whats fucking up ur physique. Prob high carb and fat intake, carbs r valid just take them as a prework out and dont overeat them.
