Im in similar position 6'2 68kg (but I started at 48kg) trying to hit 75kg asw in 4-5 months

no point unless below mtn and body needs to make up for it. 6'3 wide frame is already great. I've got nearly a similar frame, and that's all that really matters. No point for you doing PED's. 80kg is ideal weight and can achieve that naturally
